Say No To Tramadol ; Scolongy & Haskey Kickstarts Drug abuse Campaign

The abuse of Tramadol is speedily becoming a global issue and if stringent measures are not put in place to resolve this, many people will lose their lives and more would end up in drug rehabilitation centres.

Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Scolongy,has added up to the “Stop Tramadol Campaign” on his Facebook page supporting Www.Ghcelebrities.com to fight tramadol abuse.

Sumaila Yakubu, known as Haskey, is a Ghanaian Hausa singer. Haskey is said to be one of the Baddest Hausa artists in scrap city.Many musicians recognise him to be one of the best.

HASKEY took to his Facebook timeline and added up to the “Stop Tramadol Campaign” to support Www.Ghcelebrities.com to fight tramadol abuse.

Tramadol is a pain relief drug, which according to medical experts, functions like heroin and can cause psychotic problems as well as damage vital organs in the human body if abused.

Recent surveys have shown that the drug is being abused by some youth, as well as some market women, drivers and in some cases students.

Findings have shown that Tramadol abuse has killed more people than heroin and cocaine.

This has called for concerns and Ghana’s Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has planned to join forces with a number of sector agencies to curb the illegal entry, distribution, sale of tramadol following how some Ghanaians are speedily abusing the drug.
